everytime I get a comment on people telling me that I got "rukario" wrong...
I wonder...did they really play the game at all?
did it came to their mind that this lucario was renamed by its trainer? a given nickname?
are they even considered pokemon fans to forget that they can rename their pokemon?

maybe if you chose a name less similar to the original one...
I liked naming mine things like "Fuckurself" or "Bitchass". They're obviously not Pokemon names...but they gave me a laugh every once in a awhile.
"You can do it, Bitchass!"
"Go, Fuckurself!"
That would help clear up confusion among viewers =)

I just wanted to say, that was probably the first flash I've ever seen on NG that portrayed Pokemon in a positive light. You have made my inner child happy on this day. :D

paryl is obviously stupid. You can see the authors and programmers on the left side of all flash submissions. worse is that he's claiming to have been the programmer of 2 very popular games here on NG. Not only that, but AS3 came out 3 years ago in 2006. He's claiming to have 5 years of experience with it.
also NCH your animation was awesome. I'm not the biggest pokemon fan (although i used to be) but your animation was an amazing portrayal of a classic series. You should be one of the animators for Pokemon :P
How are you so good with awesome combat angles? Everything like that I try always looks like crap...
have more than one body parts if you are doing the tweening style of animation, scale and shrink them too..
but well, it takes experience and examine other people's work frame by frame

I named my Lucario as Rukario too. Same with my Blaziken being named Basyaamo.

I didnt forgoten any thing about nameing your own pokemon thing. But I rarely play pokemon games any more eather. But for some reson every now and than whan I play a pokemon game after going a long time with out playing it I happend to capture a rare lvl 3 or 5 pokemon as one of my frist pokemon. Eather way I think Rukario is an ok name. I don't see munch diffrnts in the name eather way.

and a game named ''pokemon Hunter'' is nice no more old style of playing rpg now there's Pokemon Hunter a game where it breaks out the old style and make out new ; ) anyway if someone souldmake a frikk'in game about it it sould not be like the old ones it sould be action packed RPG battles with quick choose attacks and other stuff : ) this game could rock the House !

Yup you can definitly change the name of your pokemon in the game i v done it oh and you do great animations i m not even half as good as you.
